Revenue Management is moving over to Profit Management where Revenue Managers not only focus on Revenue Streams on all departments but also on the cost involved. The aim is to increase net result. In this course we focus on the net result on all departments; Room, Restaurant, Conference, Spa, Parking, etc.

Fredrik Önrup

Fredrik has an MBA and has studied Hospitality Management and Revenue Management in the United States, including at the Cornell University. Since the mid-90s he has successfully applied Menu Engineering and is now a frequent lecturer and consultant. He is also the sommelier and importing wines from Italy.
