In this course we focus on the net result on all departments; Room, Restaurant, Conference, Spa, Parking, etc.

Fredrik has an MBA and has studied Hospitality Management and Revenue Management in the United States, including at the Cornell University. Since the mid-90s he has successfully applied Menu Engineering and is now a frequent lecturer and consultant. He is also the sommelier and importing wines from Italy.
